Test Results

At Assure Health, we understand that your blood tests and other medical test results are important to you. We make every effort to ensure results are received and reviewed as soon as they become available.

Most test results usually take around 5–7 days to be processed. We recommend booking an appointment with your doctor after this period to discuss your results properly.

For your privacy and confidentiality, test results cannot be discussed by our reception staff. Results should be reviewed directly with your doctor, preferably through a face-to-face appointment. A phone consultation may also be arranged where appropriate.

Please do not rely on reception staff for clinical advice or result interpretation, as they are not authorised to provide medical information.

Telephone calls

Our GPs and nurses are only able to take urgent calls during clinic hours. For all non-urgent clinical concerns, including questions about test results, patients are encouraged to book an appointment with their doctor.

To discuss your results, please contact the clinic and book an appointment after 5–7 days from the date your sample was collected.
